Smart TVs (and even some less smart ones!) can often be difficult to setup and configure. These seem to be another particularly (at times) painful piece of technology which the retailers are happy to sell you, but not so happy to provide adequate support.

While working in peoples homes helping them with their computing needs, we have often been asked to take a look at Smart TVs and diagnose why something isn’t working correctly. Over the years we’ve done this many times.
